Drew Robinson
Drew is a certified USPTA Elite professional and has been Director since 1985. He is a two time Mid-Atlantic Pro of the Year, two time Virginia Pro of the Year and past USPTA Divisional President. Drew has been a top ranked player with national and international rankings and has taught thousands of players at all levels. He is a specialist in high performance player development through the USPTA and USTA. Drew graduated from University of Richmond in 1982 where he was captain and led the Spiders in career wins for several years.

Kyle Allen
Kyle is a certified U.S.P.T.A. Elite professional. After graduating college in 2008, Kyle remained in tennis and has worked at Roanoke Country Club, Hidden Valley Country Club and most recently at Willow Oaks Country Club. Kyle also served as Interim Director for over a year at Hidden Valley. He has started beginner groups and has trained “5 star” and “Blue Chip” juniors. For Kyle, the most important aspect is the relationship. He loves to earn trust and build the confidence of the athletes. He stills enjoys competing and working on his game. 2018 was his most recent trip to the 5.0+ national tournament. Kyle is married to Meredith and they have three children - Finnley, Knox, and Mae.

Shea Thomas
Shea competed for Liberty University from 2010-2014; compiling 150+ wins combined between singles and doubles, which is a program record. During his senior year (2013-14), he and his doubles partner won the ITA Atlantic Regional, made it to the Elite-8 at the Indoor National Championships at the US Open in NYC, and were ranked as high as #19 in NCAA, setting a program record for the highest ranking in Liberty history. Since graduation, Shea has taught at the Meadow Club of Southampton in New York (the largest grass court club in the world); at Inspiration Tennis Academy in Bradenton, Florida; at Smith Stearns Tennis Academy as a high performance coach in Hilton Head, South Carolina; and have been teaching at Boonsboro Country Club for the past 4 years. Shea has coached many juniors who are current NCAA D-1, D-2, and D-3 college players as well as a top 400 WTA player. Outside of tennis, he enjoys going to the beach or lake, watersports, hiking, and travelling.
